I'M BACK! Hey guys! I'thou excited to be back to blogging my favorite healthy recipes for you. It's been too long and I've missed it and all of yous!
Like I mentioned in my concluding post, I had some health issues this summer and had to take some fourth dimension off. I also accept some guest posts I need to share with you, starting with this yummy Strawberry Spinach Salad! This is seriously 1 of my all-time favorite salads! It's so fresh and unproblematic, merely the flavor combos are awesome. I've taken this salad to tons of parties and family gatherings and it is always a hit. Hopefully it is a hit for you guys too.

Strawberry Spinach Salad
- six oz baby spinach leaves
- 1½ cups strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ loving cup crumbled feta cheese
- strawberry vinaigrette or poppyseed dressing to taste
- Launder all of the fresh produce thoroughly.
- Toss together all of the ingredients except the dressing.
- Add your favorite dressing and toss to coat evenly merely before serving. Don't make this 1 too far ahead, or the spinach will wilt.
